With over 25 years of experience across the private sector and all levels of government, Paul Schenko is a recognised expert in building compliance, fire safety, and regulatory consulting. His career spans high-level roles in both state and federal agencies, where he has developed a deep and practical understanding of the Building Code of Australia (BCA), the Environmental Planning & Assessment Act, and a broad range of related legislation and standards.

Paul is known for his strategic guidance and technical precision in advising on development and building consent matters, with a particular focus on fire and life safety compliance in complex building designs. Paul holds Principal Building Surveyor accreditation with ACTPLA and WA, enabling him to certify all types of building work within these jurisdictions. His work frequently involves close collaboration with architects, fire engineers, and planning professionals to achieve compliant, safe, and efficient outcomes for both new and existing structures.
