Penrith Lakes

Previously one of the largest sand and gravel quarries in Australia, active extraction has since ceased and the Penrith Lakes Development Corporation formed to manage the remediation of the site. Remediation included the delivery of several large civil projects, including the constructed of weirs, flood outlet pipes and access roads.

Group DLA were engaged to provide ongoing legislative advisory services throughout the evolution of the development, and assist with facilitation of the Part 4A Construction Certificate and Occupation Certificates for each project over a multi staged program.
