Optus Retail Outlets (NSW)

Group DLA was engaged to assist with the rollout of numerous new Optus retail tenancies throughout NSW. The innovative modular design ensured speed of construction, meaning efficiencies around the assessment and building approval process were crucial to the overall delivery. This was further enhanced by the streamlined application process developed specifically to the needs of the project program.

Group DLA were responsible for managing a high volume of projects as part the rollout, provision of ongoing compliance advice to the design team and the timely issue of all required Part 4a Construction and Occupation Certificates, as the appointed Accredited Certifier / Principal Certifying Authority (PCA).
