Loftus Lane

This project involved the design and construction of a mixed-use development consisting of three new residential buildings (106 units) with a commercial space, retail precinct, basement car parking, refurbished heritage buildings, Gallipoli Memorial Club (Building G) and Hinchcliff House (Building H), as well as some Public Domain Works.

Group DLA were engaged as the appointed Accredited Certifier / Principal responsible for issue of Construction and Occupation Certificates over a muilt-staged program. Our involvement includes assessment of extensive Fire Engineered and Accessibility Performance Solutions, including consultation with relevant public authorities such a Fire Rescue NSW (FRNSW).
