The 35,000sqm project involved a comprehensive fitout over nineteen (19) levels including complete strip out of existing fitout and services, an inter-connecting stair over 15 levels, open plan agile working spaces, meeting rooms, kitchen, collaborative spaces, client floors, commercial kitchen, main comms room and on floor comms rooms. The project included a dedicated ground floor lobby upgrade for IAG and two new building sky signs. New services were installed throughout including base build plant upgrades. New amenities were provided on all levels.

Group DLA were engaged as the appointed Accredited Certifier / Principal Certifying Authority (PCA), responsible for issue of Part 4A Construction and Occupation Certificates over a multi staged program. Our involvement included the assessment of extensive Fire Engineered and DDA Accessibility Performance Solutions.
