Charles brings in excess of 23 years of Building Surveying, BCA and Certification, and PCA experience. He has a sound knowledge of the Building Code of Australia (BCA), building surveying and development certification that include all sectors of non-residential construction.
Charles has a Post Graduate Masters in Building Surveying, as well as a Masters in Business Administration at MGSM to ensure that his practical knowledge are supplemented by his undergraduate and postgraduate educational achievements.
Charles is responsible for design development Building Code of Australia (BCA) assessment, fire safety engineering review, assessment of Construction Certificates, Complying Development Certificates and Occupation Certificates for development in all non-residential construction fields.
He has a thorough and detailed knowledge of the BCA, all supplemented by experience with all relevant Building and Development Acts and Regulations associated with his role.
Charles is a Board Member and Treasurer of the Association of Australian Certifiers, affording access to the latest legislative and policy changes, ensuring his advice and expertise is at the forefront of industry practices.
