Brett brings in excess of 35 years of Building Surveying experience. Brett is registered as an unrestricted Building Surveyor under the NSW Department of Fair Trading accreditation scheme. He has sound knowledge in all aspects of Building Surveying and the development industry.
Brett’s experience ranges from assessment and approval of, high-rise large scale commercial developments, aged care, hospitals, industrial, retail and educational buildings. Brett has been involved in many Building Code of Australia (BCA) audits of a wide variety of commercial, industrial and residential buildings on a national basis having a detailed and thorough knowledge of Building Code and Planning Regulation matters.
