The building has undergone a transformative refurbishment to its interior and features a full height atrium and a brand new pavilion structure, designed to maximise the magnificent rooftop terrace.

Major extension and upgrade of existing heritage listed building, including refurbishment to all existing interiors, an update to all services within the building, the introduction of an atrium from roof to ground floor, two additional office levels, and a rooftop terrace.

Group DLA were engaged as the appointed Accredited Certifier / Principal Certifier (PC), responsible for issue of Construction and Occupation Certificates over a multi staged program. Our involvement included the assessment of numerous Fire Engineered and Accessibility performance based solutions, and extended to consultation with relevant public authorities such as Fire Rescue NSW (FRNSW) and Heritage Council NSW.
